Description
This course covers the understanding of estimated labor units and how to track labor on the project on a daily, weekly, and overall project basis. Also covers what tools are available and how to utilize them.
Course Objectives
The student will be able to:
- Perform daily labor tracking on an electrical project.
- Use the labor information to influence the decision making process and drive positive behavior.

- Identify key labor tracking tasks.
- Daily labor tracking techniques.
- Data-driven decision making.
Lab Content
- Hands-on exercises that simulate real-world job site scenarios, focusing on effective labor tracking practices for electrical construction projects.
- Guided activities and data analysis that drive decision-making.
