  • Perform basic schedules, plan tasks, and track labor activities

Description

This course outlines the fundamental responsibilities of a foreman, providing an overview of the essential skills and expectations for the role. Students will explore the top six focus areas that every foreman should consistently prioritize throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning to completion.

  1. Effectively schedule and plan tasks, and track labor allocation and progress.

1. When taught in-person, clean classroom with monitor and printed material for students to take as reference materials.
