Description
Course Objectives
The student will be able to:
A. Use proper stroke and breathing mechanics for the front crawl, back crawl and elementary backstroke.
B. Demonstrate proper technique for beginning swimming strokes.
C. Explain personal safety skills usable during a water emergency.
