Description
This course delves into the differences between a manager and a leader. The students will do a personalists review on themselves to understand their own and others' styles and help their overall communication.
Course Objectives
The student will be able to:
- Understand the differences between managers and leaders.
- Gain skills to become a better leader.
- Recognize their behavioral traits and understand other personality traits.
- Utilize different communication methods to become more effective communicators with their crews.
