Course Objectives
The student will be able to:
- Differentiate between the different management and leadership styles.
- Discuss effective communication skills.
- Describe current healthcare employment opportunities across the respiratory therapy profession.
- Demonstrate the necessary skills for obtaining an employment interview.
- Conduct self-evaluations to identify areas of deficiency in preparation for the written Board exam and clinical simulation examinations.
